The style of Karate is Wado-Ryu. Ivor Thomas, 6th Dan, Chief Instructor, has
been training for over 40 years in Karate and over the time has won numerous
awards and has been recognised for dedication. Training is Wednesday and Friday 6.30pm - 8.00pm at Patchway Community
Centre, Rodway Road, Patchway. There is a grading syllabus for students to
follow where gradings are taken every 3-4 months. Also various courses and
competitions are encouraged throughout the year. All aspects of Karate are covered and also self defence. Everyone is
welcome at this friendly club, regardless of age, sex, ability and fitness
level. So come along and try it out! |
